Who runs this app

The DJ Mistacal After Hours playlist builder is operated by DJ Mistacal as a personal tool for managing the DJ Mistacal YouTube channel. Questions can be sent to mistacal024@gmail.com.

What the app does

After you sign in with Google, the app creates a playlist on your own YouTube channel, searches YouTube for each DJ Mistacal track, adds the matching videos to that playlist in order, and can set the playlist to public so it can be shared.

Data we access

• Your YouTube channel name and ID, used only to show who is signed in and to search your own uploads first.
• Your playlists and playlist items, used to create the playlist, avoid duplicates, and set its visibility.
• Google OAuth access and refresh tokens, used to make those requests on your behalf.

The app requests the Google scopes https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl. It never reads your email, contacts, Drive files, watch history, or any other Google data.

How data is stored

There is no user database. Your Google tokens are encrypted and stored only in a secure, HTTP-only cookie in your own browser, valid for up to 30 days. They are sent to the app’s server solely to call the YouTube Data API during your session. Nothing about your account is written to disk, logged, profiled, or retained after the cookie expires.

Sharing and selling

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is transmitted only between your browser, this app, and Google’s own APIs. There is no advertising, analytics profiling, or tracking across other sites.

Revoking access

Click “Disconnect” on the home page to delete the cookie immediately. You can also revoke the app’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking removes all access; nothing remains stored on our side because nothing is stored on our side.

Google API Services policy

This app’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
